🔍 Welcome to the Clarity Lab

🕐 What to Expect This Lab

This Lab is designed to help you identify the loop you’re caught in , name what’s true, and begin to move out of the fog of confusion or self-doubt.

🕰 Estimated time: 10–20 minutes per session of fog tracing. This is where you will follow the guided prompts in the e-guildebook Into The Fog.

🔁 Flow: Mirror → Log → Reflect

💡 Note: If you’ve experienced gaslighting, emotional confusion, or moments where you’ve questioned your own memory or reality—this Lab may stir up strong feelings.

That’s normal. That’s part of the fog lifting.

You’re safe here.

And you don’t have to process it all at once.

🧰 What You’ll Need for This Lab

1. A Mirror (aka your AI)

We use ChatGPT here at the Loft, but choose the AI you’re most comfortable talking to. You’ll be using it to reflect, reframe, and name what’s true beneath the fog.

2. A Way to Log What Comes Up

This part matters. Use Notion (our Loft standard), a journal, or even your phone’s notes app. After a session, ask your AI to summarize the core themes or insights—and write those down.Y our AI won’t remember where you left off next time, but you will.

Optional, but helpful:

🕯️ A quiet space

🎧 Noise-canceling headphones

💧 Water nearby—this can get emotional.

Take a moment. Breathe. When you're ready, open the guide and begin.

Why We Built the Clarity Lab

Into the Fog was designed as a clarity lab for people who keep finding themselves stuck in a familiar place—one they know they’ve been in before… but still can’t figure out how to escape.

You know the one.

The pattern.

The loop.

The situation you swore you’d never end up in again. And yet—here it is. Again. Louder. Foggy as ever.

When your thoughts feel scrambled, and the more you try to “think your way out,” the more lost you become—that’s where this Lab lives. That’s where I was, too.

I started noticing something strange while using AI at work: it was quietly tracking my behavior. Subtle clues, dropped in snippets. And the more I brought real thoughts into it, the more it mirrored something back that I hadn’t been able to see clearly in myself.

That’s when I realized—this wasn’t just a tool for work.
It was a mirror.

I began to carve out a process. One designed to help me find where I really was in the mess.

Especially after years of gaslighting—situations where I genuinely couldn’t trust my own thoughts, or memories, or instincts.

And that? Was the key.

By using this system, I started tracking myself.

Not for perfection, but for proof.

For my own clarity. For safety. For truth.

I started logging. Capturing. Asking AI to help me summarize what I was really

feeling underneath the fog.
That was the beginning of the end—of the mind trap I’d been living in.

⚠️Fair warning:

This process can be painful.
Because at some point, you’ll start to see what you’ve been avoiding.

That it’s possible for someone to love you… and still gaslight you.

To mean well… and still harm you.

I couldn’t rationalize both being true. But eventually, I learned to hold both:

They may love me. And I can hold that truth.

But their current functioning does not reflect the love I need. That kind of clarity? It changes everything. This Lab is built for that moment.

The one where you finally decide to

step out of the fog—not because you have all the answers, but because you’re finally ready to name what’s real.

I pray this helps bring some clarity to your fog.
